Meditate, u busy people!

Meditation has a deeper impact on busy people. Tension is banging open a locked door. Meditation is opening the same door with a key. Says Swami Nithyananda, my favorite youtube star.

Don't know about busy people. But even not-busy people can be tense. Sometimes more. Because they are not busy. Like me. I've never tried meditation seriously, though I keep meaning to. I think life is soon going to push me to it, leaving me no option.

The sooner you start the better, Banno. I recommend a weekend wash. (It's caled ASP, Ananda Spoorna Programme.) It costs thousand bucks, but well, I have always had money for the essentials.
Call Madhuri at +919821162999. She might still be in Bangalore, but she organizes these courses in Mumbai.
And don't get taken in by the traditional look that Nithyananda Swami adorns. His meditation techniques are from all faiths. If you don't enjoy this, I will refund you. Promise.

meditation is an unoptional process. learning it, is the process of doing meditation consciously or observing the process. those who dont learn it they do it yet they dont know it.

If you get bored of it, its not meditation.
Believe me, darling, when meditation is good, its far better than well, the three letter word.
I had come to the conclusion that only blogging is better than that, but then I hadn't met Nityananda Swami. He is amazing.
And, thanks for asking, I haven't posted because the power keeps going off in Bangalore like every half hour, so my computer now has priorities.
Should I do a post on different types of meditation methods for starters?

And I get bored because I can not sit shaant at a place for more than few mins...
